Bring Hilary’s trip to the USA and Canada to God – safe travels, good World Leadership Team meetings and a fruitful time with ministry partners.
Thank God for committed people serving in YFC Africa. Approach Him for perseverance for them as they serve Him and ask for the salvation and discipleship of many young people.

AFRICA LEADERSHIP TEAM [ALT]

BURKINA FASO

KENYA

Praise the Lord for the Worth the Wait ministry that took place in 7 high schools in Kasarani. Entrust the safety and total well-being of our boys at Taraja Home in God’s hands.

Thank God for His faithfulness in providing for the needs of the ministry. Intercede for strong committees of committed men and women in every YFC chapter that will oversee the ministry.

Give glory to Jesus for providing a new office for the Meru chapter. Ask our Shepherd to lead and guide the Thursday Bible study groups at the Meru chapter.

Thank God that Sandy could get an opening in one of the biggest high schools Fianarantsoa. Trust Him for a good development plan and trainings for 16 leaders in Tana, and for the pioneering club at Ampitatafika.
We are grateful for the donation of books from Peace Corps for the new library that Lalaina and her team opened in Bakaro [first library there]. Ask our Father to help Power and his team in their weekly ministry to prisoners in Antsirabe.
Exalt the Lord that the YFC Agricultural School in Moramanga is going fine. With 36 students and 6 teachers Intercede for Julienne who is pioneering Tsiroanomandidy through weekly English classes.

Praise Jesus that Lalasoa could start Operation Daniel Prayer ministry with children in one of the English clubs. Pray that God will use YFC staff as instruments of unity between different churches and pastors in Amparafarafola.

MALAWI

Ask Him for wisdom and provision so that we would be able to pioneer Southern Sudan successfully and for the involvement of Mathias & Clement in this effort.
Glorify God for many young people who accepted Jesus as their Saviour recently. Pray for total transformation in their lives and that they will stand strong in their new-found faith.
Praise our Master for His faithfulness in our ministry. Trust Him for all our ministry expenses and the resources needed to do our job well.
Bring our need for more ministry openings unto Jesus.
Honour Jesus for a strong YFCU team. Ask the Spirit to strengthen us in unity and ask that the new team of young leaders will be committed.

ZAMBIA

Exalt the Lord for a successful National board meeting. Commit the decisions made into the hands of God.
Exalt our King for faithful staff & volunteers working in YFC Zambia. Submit the renovation work at our 13 Sekela property unto Him.
Thank the Father for effective schools ministry throughout the month of February. Intercede for the evangelism campaign later this month to be fruitful.

ZIMBABWE

Pray for pre-election time to be peaceful and pray for a lot of wisdom for the government to do their best for the nation.

Glory to God for a few committed staff and volunteers. Intercede for Sheunesu for guidance in his daily tasks and also for the rest of the leadership team who are taking on more responsibilities.

Praise Jesus for every opportunity we have in reaching the youth of our nation. Ask the Father for many open doors and enough resources to do our ministry well.

We are grateful for the Willow Park camp site. Trust God that more people and groups will make use of this facility.

Thank you for faithfully praying with us. We appreciate your involvement very much. Through your prayers you are an effective worker in His harvest field on the continent of Africa.
