Thomas serves as the International Community Coordinator for YouthCompass with Youth for Christ International.
Thomas is one of the founders of YouthCompass. He lived and worked with youth in an expatriate environment in Germany for 16 years and relocated to Seattle, WA in 2008. He grew up in a cross-cultural environment and, together with his wife, is raising four TCKs. Thomas has worked with the corporate, diplomatic, and educational communities to raise the level of support for expatriate families on assignment. By creating opportunities for service for adults and youth in Eastern Europe, he has helped to expand the worldview of global nomads.
